Printed Gift Solutions (“we”, “us”) is a small company in Sacramento, California. We make custom 2×2 inch photo magnets and sell them through printedgiftsolutions.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us when you order, upload photos, subscribe or contact us:

• Name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number if you provide it
• Your order details, such as the pack you choose and any notes
• The photos, logos and text you upload for printing
• Messages you send us, for example about a guarantee claim or a business quote

Payment information is entered on our payment provider’s secure checkout. We don’t see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically when you browse, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, as recorded in standard server logs.

The photos you upload stay yours. We use them only to print, pack and ship your order, and to help you if something isn’t right, for example to brighten a dark photo and reprint it at your request.

• We don’t sell your photos or share them with anyone other than the people and services that help us make and deliver your order.
• We never show your photos in our marketing without your written permission.
• We delete uploaded photos within 90 days after your order ships, unless you ask us to keep them for a reorder.

• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribe
• To keep our website secure and prevent fraud

We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. We share it only when needed to run our business:

• Service providers that work for us, such as our payment provider, website hosting, email service and printing partners
• Shipping carriers, which receive your name and delivery address
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or the public
• Business transfers, if our business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply

Our website doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies at the moment. Our pages load their font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Checkout and account pages may use essential cookies that are needed to keep your cart and log you in. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

We send special offers and inspiration only if you sign up for our newsletter. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you. Even after you unsubscribe, we will still send emails about your orders, such as confirmations and tracking.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to complete your order, honor our guarantee, and meet tax and accounting rules. Uploaded photos are deleted as described in Your Photos. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people and services that need it to fulfil your order. No website or online service is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Depending on the state you live in, such as California, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Opt out of the sale of your information or its use for targeted advertising (we don’t do either)
• Not be treated differently for using these rights

To make a request, contact us. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on it. You can also ask someone you authorize to make the request for you.

Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. Photos of children that a parent or guardian uploads for their own order are handled like any other order photo. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Important changes will also be shown on our website.
