Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Business orders with a logo start printing after you approve the digital proof. Orders placed on a weekend or US holiday start on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on orders over $30. For smaller orders, the shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping within the US usually arrives in 3–7 business days after your order ships. Faster options are shown at checkout when available.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow the package to your door.

Your magnets are printed just for you, so we can’t resell them, and we don’t use a standard return process. Instead, every order is covered by our 30-day money back guarantee.
- Not happy with your magnets? Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- We reprint your order or refund you, whichever you prefer.
- In most cases you don’t need to send the magnets back.
Damaged, Lost or Misprinted Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, contact us and we will help you with the carrier or reprint the order.
Photo Quality
We print the photos you upload. Very dark, blurry or small photos print that way too, so use the original photo from your phone or camera. If a photo comes out darker than you expected, contact us: we can help brighten it and reprint it under the guarantee.
Changes and Cancellations
Need to change a photo or your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order before it goes into production. Once printing has started we can’t cancel it, but the 30-day guarantee still applies.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to show on your statement.
Business and Bulk Orders
Business magnets are printed from the digital proof you approve, so please check spelling, phone numbers and colors carefully. If the printed magnets don’t match your approved proof, we reprint them at no cost. More about business orders.
