These Terms of Service apply when you use printedgiftsolutions.com or order from Printed Gift Solutions (“we”, “us”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to place an order.

All prices are in US dollars and are shown on our website and at checkout before you pay. Taxes and shipping, if any, are added at checkout.

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if a price was shown incorrectly, if we can’t print the content you uploaded, or if we suspect fraud.

Discount codes, such as our first-order code, are valid only as described in the offer. Unless we say otherwise, only one code can be used per order, codes have no cash value, and we may end an offer at any time.

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment provider. By placing an order, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you provide.

You keep all rights to the photos, logos and text you upload. You give us permission to use them only to produce, ship and support your order.

When you upload content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including permission from the people who appear in your photos. We may refuse to print content that:

• Infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy
• Is illegal, hateful, violent or sexually explicit
• We otherwise consider inappropriate to print

If we refuse an order for these reasons, we refund you in full.

Business and logo orders are printed from the digital proof you approve. Please check spelling, phone numbers and colors carefully before approving. If the printed magnets don’t match your approved proof, we reprint them at no cost. You confirm that you have the right to use any logo or brand you send us.

For logo design projects, the price, deliverables and number of revisions are agreed in your quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, you may use the final logo for your business once it is paid in full. More about business orders.

Shipping times, costs, damaged or lost orders, changes, cancellations and refunds are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy. Because every magnet is printed just for you, we don’t accept standard returns, but every order is covered by our 30-day money back guarantee.

Our magnets measure 2×2 inches. Colors on your screen can look slightly different from the printed magnet, and print quality depends on the photo you upload. Small differences in color and trimming are normal for printed products.

The text, images, logo, templates and designs on this website belong to Printed Gift Solutions or are used with permission. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.

If you send us a review, you allow us to show it on our website together with your first name, last initial and city. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. We may remove reviews that are offensive or off topic, but we don’t change their meaning.

Please don’t misuse our website. For example, don’t try to access it in ways we don’t allow, upload viruses or harmful code, or use it for anything illegal.

Our 30-day money back guarantee is our promise for every order. Apart from it, and to the extent the law allows, our website and products are provided “as is”, without other warranties.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, where Printed Gift Solutions is based, and applicable US federal law. If there is ever a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be solved quickly.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here when you place an order applies to that order. When we make changes, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
